About Us
Into The Breach Esports is a UK-based esports organisation currently competing in Dota 2 & CS:GO. It was formed on the basic pretence that we spent a lot of time either playing, watching or experiencing esports, and we were motivated to become a part of the scene.

Our professional backgrounds are a mixture of strategy consulting, team management and software development, with the overall goal of creating an organisation that is truly player centric, community motivated and focused on having a positive impact on the scene.

We apply meaning to these aims through a variety of community initiatives and charity engagement.

Our Pledge
We operate as a non-profit, with any revenue cycled back into the organization to center on player growth, wellbeing, and investment in community initiatives.

We're also dedicated to giving back, which is why a part of any earnings we make will always be donated to our partnered charities.
Our Mission
Gamers are only going to represent more of the world as we head into an 'e-future'. However, we remain an under-represented demographic in terms of charity work or societal focus. Our mission is to do what we can to rectify this, and is underpinnned by two very simple aims: ​
1. Support the growth of grassroots gaming and increase its prominence in the global scene
2. Platform the work of mental health and inclusivity charities, promoting an overarching good in a community which means so much to us
